  • 1 cup chopped organic kale
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Gnocchi (quantity as per package instructions)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, combine olive oil and butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Stir in flour to form a roux, cooking for about 2 minutes.
  3. Gradually pour in chicken stock while stirring to prevent lumps. Add the Tuscan spice blend, salt, sundried tomatoes, tomato paste, heavy cream, vinegar, and lemon juice.
  4. Bring the mixture to a simmer before adding the gnocchi. Cook until gnocchi floats—about 3–5 minutes.
