- 2 cups cooked shredded organic chicken
- 4 cups organic chicken stock
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 Tbsps all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ Tbsps Tuscan Marry Me blend
- 1 ½ cups organic heavy cream
- 1 cup chopped organic kale
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Gnocchi (quantity as per package instructions)
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, combine olive oil and butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in flour to form a roux, cooking for about 2 minutes.
- Gradually pour in chicken stock while stirring to prevent lumps. Add the Tuscan spice blend, salt, sundried tomatoes, tomato paste, heavy cream, vinegar, and lemon juice.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer before adding the gnocchi. Cook until gnocchi floats—about 3–5 minutes.
- Stir in kale and parmesan cheese until heated through. Serve hot.
