  3. Place the seasoned steak in a Ziploc bag and pour in the marinade. Seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.

  5. Drain excess marinade from the steak and grill diagonally for about 3 minutes per side for nice marks; flip and cook until the internal temperature reaches 130°F for medium-rare.
