Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then add eggs one at a time.
- Mix in lemon juice and zest until combined.
- Gradually alternate adding dry ingredients and milk, mixing until smooth.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for about 65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a cooling rack.
