- 1.5 lbs top sirloin steak
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red onion
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 zucchini
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions
- Make the marinade by whisking together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, black pepper, and paprika in a medium bowl.
- Add steak cubes to a large zip-top bag or bowl. Pour in the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 8 hours).
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes. Prepare vegetables by cutting them into even pieces.
- Thread steak and vegetables onto skewers alternately. Preheat the grill to medium-high (400–450°F) and lightly oil the grates.
- Grill kabobs for 8–12 minutes, turning every 2–3 minutes until steak reaches desired doneness (130–145°F for medium). Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
