Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, parsley, feta cheese, garlic, oregano, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into four equal patties about one inch thick.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C) and lightly oil the grill grates.
- Grill the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Lightly toast the pita bread or burger buns on the grill for about one minute.
- Assemble by placing each patty in pita bread or on buns with desired toppings like lettuce, tomatoes, and tzatziki sauce.
