- 1 habanero chile
- 1 bunch scallions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 ½ teaspoons dried thyme
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground allspice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Rinse and pat dry the chicken pieces.
- In a food processor, blend all marinade ingredients until smooth.
- Toss the chicken with the marinade in a large sealable plastic bag; refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat the grill over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken for about 20 minutes, ensuring it's cooked through and has a nice char.
