Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, diced jalapenos, and garlic powder; mix well.
- Assemble each egg roll by placing ⅓ cup of the filling in the center of a wrapper. Wet edges with water and fold tightly to seal.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pot or fryer to 350°F.
