Instructions
- Wash and finely dice tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, red bell pepper, and yellow bell pepper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all diced vegetables and fresh herbs.
- Add lemon zest, olive oil, lemon juice (to taste), salt, and pepper to the bowl.
- Toss gently until all ingredients are well combined.
