Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture; stir until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips, graham cracker crumbs, and mini marshmallows.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheets about two inches apart and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
