- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup whole-wheat breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- Finely chop or pulse the chicken breasts in a food processor until minced.
- In a large bowl, combine the minced chicken with garlic, parsley, oregano, lemon juice, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties about 1 inch thick.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm with lemon wedges or tzatziki sauce.
