- 1/4 cup chopped nuts or seeds (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix rolled oats and cocoa powder until well combined.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, heat nut butter and maple syrup for about 30 seconds until melted. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the melted mixture over the dry ingredients and add vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until evenly coated.
- If using, fold in chopped nuts or seeds.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto a parchment-lined tray and flatten slightly. Refrigerate for about an hour to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
