Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 350°F/175°C) and lightly oil the grates with a paper towel.
  2. Toss peach halves in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill peaches cut-side down for 4-5 minutes until tender with nice grill marks.
  4. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens and blueberries. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and honey/maple syrup; toss gently.
  5. Add the grilled peaches on top of the salad.
  6. Serve immediately with extra balsamic vinegar drizzled on top if desired.
