- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)

- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and Italian seasoning until combined.
- Add chicken pieces to marinade and coat well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers (soak wooden skewers beforehand).
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat and cook kebabs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve with extra Parmesan sprinkled on top.
