Instructions
- Allow the butter to soften at room temperature.
- In a bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Taste your Cowboy Butter and adjust seasonings as desired.
- Transfer the mixture onto plastic wrap, shape it into a log, wrap tightly, and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Slice rounds of chilled Cowboy Butter and place on grilled meats or veggies just before serving.
