Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef or turkey and cook until browned.
- Drain excess grease and add minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in coleslaw mix to combine with meat and garlic.
- Pour in soy sauce; add hot sauce, ginger, onion powder, and stir well.
- Cover the skillet to cook until cabbage is tender (2-5 minutes).
- Remove from heat; drizzle with sesame oil and combine.
- Serve topped with green onions.
