- 1 lb fresh button mushrooms
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms by gently wiping them with a damp cloth.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter until it bubbles.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add cleaned mushrooms and stir frequently for 5-7 minutes until golden brown; season with salt and pepper halfway through cooking.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley.
- Serve warm as a side dish or on their own.
