Instructions
- Begin by placing four ice cream sandwiches in a row on a serving plate.
- Pipe dollops of whipped topping over the sandwiches using a piping bag fitted with a large star tip.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and mini M&M's over the whipped topping layer.
- Freeze until firm, then repeat the layering process until you have three layers of ice cream sandwiches and three layers of toppings, freezing each layer until solid.
- Once assembled, freeze the entire cake for at least one hour.
- Drizzle fudge sauce over the top before cutting and serving.
