- 3 tablespoons honey Sriracha butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro leaves
- Lime wedges (for serving)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- Clean, peel, and devein the shrimp while keeping the tail intact. Rinse, drain, and pat dry.
- In a mixing bowl, coat the shrimp with honey Sriracha butter until well covered.
- Preheat your grill to medium heat. Thread shrimp onto skewers and grill for 6-8 minutes until slightly charred.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges.
