Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together cubed butter, sugar, and honey until fluffy.
- Mix in egg yolks and vanilla until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together bread flour, cornmeal, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture while stirring.
- Scoop dough into balls and roll in granulated sugar.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow cooling on a wire rack before serving.
