- 1–2 tsp milk
- 25 g unsalted butter (for grass buttercream)
- 50 g icing sugar (for grass buttercream)
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract (for grass buttercream)
- green food coloring
- 35 g Oreos (crushed for grass buttercream)
Instructions
- Prepare gravestones by snapping biscuits and dipping them in melted dark chocolate; set aside to harden.
- Preheat the oven and mix softened baking spread with sugar until fluffy, then add eggs and milk.
- Fold in self-raising flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder; distribute batter into cases and bake until done.
- Mix cream cheese with icing sugar and crushed Oreos for the filling; fill cooled cupcakes.
- Make chocolate buttercream and green grass buttercream for decorating; pipe onto cupcakes with gravestones inserted.
