Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper.
- In one bowl, mix sugar, flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Stir in eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla until combined.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth; add egg and vanilla, mixing well. Stir in orange food coloring.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the dish, dollop the cream cheese mixture on top, then add remaining brownie batter. Swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
