- 8 tablespoons Rao's Pizza Sauce
- 12 tablespoons grated Mozzarella cheese
- 32 slices pepperoni (or other desired toppings)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates.
- Cut zucchini into thick slices about 3/4 inch thick.
- Grill zucchini slices for about 7 minutes until tender with grill marks.
- Remove from grill; add Rao's pizza sauce and top with grated Mozzarella cheese.
- Place pepperoni slices over cheese; customize toppings as desired.
- Return to grill and cook with lid closed for another 7 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
