- sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Toss until well coated.
- Mix thawed corn, diced red onion, minced jalapeño (if desired), cilantro, lime juice, and salt in another bowl.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, cilantro, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Assemble the bowls by dividing corn salsa among serving bowls. Top with grilled shrimp and avocado slices. Drizzle with creamy garlic sauce and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
