- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ stick butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Combine diced bell pepper, onion, cilantro, serrano pepper, and grilled pineapple slices in a mixing bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar; season with cumin, salt, and pepper. Toss well.
- Season mahi mahi fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Melt half the butter; stir in garlic and lemon juice. Brush onto the fish.
- Grill fish for about 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Serve topped with pineapple salsa and remaining melted butter if desired.
