- Zest and juice from 1 large orange
- 0.5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp chipotle chili powder
- 0.5 tsp cumin
- Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Soak a cedar plank in beer and water for at least 4 hours.
- In a bowl, whisk together orange zest, juice, olive oil, brown sugar, chipotle powder, and cumin.
- Place the salmon skin-side down on the soaked plank; rub with the marinade and season with salt and pepper.
- Preheat grill to medium-high (415°F). Grill the salmon on the plank for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
