Ingredients
- 3–4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 8 cups chopped romaine or mixed greens
- 1 large avocado
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 8 slices crispy turkey bacon
- 3 Tbsp raw honey (melted if solid)
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice or white vinegar
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 1/4 tsp sea salt

- 3/4 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

Instructions
- Whisk together melted honey, dijon mustard, lemon juice or vinegar, avocado oil, and sea salt to prepare the dressing.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Grill over medium-high heat for about 6–7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, and avocado.
- Slice the grilled chicken and add it to the salad along with crumbled turkey bacon and sliced hard-boiled eggs.
- Drizzle with dressing before serving and toss gently.
