Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional spices. Grill over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through (internal temp: 165°F).
- Toss broccoli florets in olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Spread on a baking sheet and roast at 400°F for 15–20 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Prepare grains according to package instructions and keep warm.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, season with salt and pepper, and simmer until thickened.
- Assemble bowls by layering grains first, then adding grilled chicken and roasted broccoli. Drizzle with creamy garlic sauce.
