- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 6 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- Assorted bell peppers and red onion for skewering
Instructions
- Cut the steak into one-inch cubes for even cooking.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, olive oil, sugar, grated ginger, and sesame seeds.
- Add steak cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high.
- Thread marinated steak cubes onto skewers with pieces of bell peppers and onion.
- Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked to your liking.
