Instructions
- In a large serving bowl, add the chopped lettuce as the base.
- Layer on the sliced Greek-marinated chicken, followed by Mediterranean tomato salad (or sliced tomatoes), cucumber, olives, and feta cheese.
- For the dressing, combine olive oil, red apple vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, sugar, salt, and pepper in a small canning jar. Shake well until emulsified.
