- ½ cup sugar (or ⅓ cup if fruit is very ripe)
- 1 cup fresh orange juice (250 ml)
- 2 cups fresh granadilla pulp (500 ml)
- 2 tablespoons vodka or white rum (optional)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat orange juice over medium heat. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Remove from heat and mix in granadilla pulp. Cool to room temperature.
- Refrigerate the mixture until chilled.
- If desired, stir in vodka or rum.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, insert sticks, and seal.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours or until solid.
- Remove from molds and serve frozen.
