  • 6 brioche chicken hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and brown the ground beef without stirring for about 1 minute. Break it up with a spatula and cook until fully seared. Remove from skillet.
  2. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced onions, bell peppers, and minced mushrooms; sauté until browned and tender.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together beef broth, cornstarch, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well blended.
