- 36 Oreo Cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 cups white chocolate melting wafers
- 1/2 cup black melting wafers or icing
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies until fine using a food processor or a plastic bag.
- In a mixing bowl, blend the crushed cookies with softened cream cheese until combined.
- Press 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture into each cavity of a ghost mold and refrigerate until firm.
- Melt the white chocolate wafers and dip each formed ghost into the chocolate, then place on parchment paper to set.
- Decorate with black icing or melted black wafers to create eyes and mouths.
