- 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined

- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the baguette into ½ inch thick pieces and arrange on the baking sheet.
- Mix 3 tablespoons of olive oil and garlic powder in a small bowl; brush each baguette slice with this mixture.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
- In a bowl, mash the avocado with lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Heat the remaining olive oil in a skillet over low heat; add garlic slivers until fragrant (about 2 minutes).
- Increase heat to medium-high; add shrimp seasoned with smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper; cook until pink and opaque (3-5 minutes).
- Spread mashed avocado on each crostini; top with one shrimp per slice.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
