- 2 lbs ground chicken

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease a loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, dried parsley, salt, pepper, and whole milk. Mix until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf on the baking sheet or press it into the loaf pan.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Prepare the glaze by melting butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes before stirring in Parmesan cheese and parsley until slightly thickened.
- Brush the meatloaf with the garlic Parmesan glaze and return to the oven for an additional 5–7 minutes.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
