Instructions
- Rinse shrimp under cold water and drain.
- Heat olive oil and melted butter in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat; sauté minced garlic until slightly brown.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2 minutes.
- Stir in honey, lime juice, salt, and cayenne pepper; cook until the sauce thickens (2-3 minutes).
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
