- 1 lb (500g) lobster tails (4 shell-on)
- 1/2 stick salted butter (melted)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon Italian parsley (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your broiler.
- Cut through the top of the lobster shells and remove them carefully to expose the meat.
- Sprinkle cayenne pepper over the exposed meat.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter, then mix in garlic, parsley, and lemon juice.
- Drizzle half of the garlic butter mixture over each tail.
- Broil lobster tails for 5–8 minutes until opaque.
- Serve immediately with remaining garlic butter and lemon slices.
