- 1 cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 scoop PEScience Peanut Butter Cookie protein powder (15g)
- 3 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp roasted peanuts
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, protein powder, and mini dark chocolate chips until smooth.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and scoop the yogurt mixture into round shapes, inserting popsicle sticks.
- Sprinkle chopped roasted peanuts on top and press gently.
- Freeze for about 2 hours until firm.
- Melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
- Coat the frozen yogurt layer with melted chocolate evenly and freeze for an additional 30 minutes.
- Allow to thaw slightly before serving.
