- 6 cups rice krispie cereal
- 10 oz mini vegan marshmallows
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 10 oz green candy melts
- 3 oz black candy melts
- Royal icing eyes
- Black jimmies sprinkles
Instructions
- Butter a 9" x 13" casserole dish.
- In a large pot over low-medium heat, melt the butter completely.
- Stir in mini vegan marshmallows until smooth and melted.
- Mix in rice krispie cereal until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared dish and let set for about 30 minutes.
- Cut into rectangles once cooled.
- Melt green candy melts over simmering water; dip each treat's top into it.
- Roll dipped treats in black jimmies sprinkles for texture.
- Add royal icing eyes and pipe stitches with melted black candy melts.
