- 10 oz vegan marshmallows
- 6 cups rice cereal
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 pack banana cream pudding mix
- 1/2 cup crushed vanilla wafers
- 1/4 cup white chocolate melting wafers
- Extra vanilla wafers for garnish
Instructions
- Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish and set aside.
- In a large pot over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add vegan marshmallows and banana cream pudding mix, stirring until melted and combined.
- Remove from heat and stir in rice cereal and crushed vanilla wafers until well-coated.
- Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish, pressing down evenly with a spatula.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate wafers in thirty-second intervals until smooth. Drizzle over the set mixture and garnish with extra wafers before it hardens.
- Allow to set for 30-45 minutes before cutting into squares.
