- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pie crust into a circle and fit it into your pie dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth, then mix in both sugars.
- Stir in the pumpkin puree, heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, spices, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust and bake for 15 minutes at high heat.
- Lower the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for an additional 45 minutes or until set.
- Allow the pie to cool completely before serving.
