- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2–3 sliced fresh peaches
- 3 tea bags (black or green)
- 6 cups water
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, water, and sliced peaches. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring gently to dissolve the sugar while crushing the peach slices.
- Reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes. In another pot, bring 6 cups of water to a boil, add tea bags, and steep for 5 minutes before removing them.
- Strain the peach syrup into a pitcher to remove fruit pieces. Mix the syrup with brewed tea, serve over ice, and enjoy.
