Instructions

  2. In the same pot, sauté onions, carrots, celery, and bell pepper for about 5–7 minutes until softened. Add garlic and seasonings; cook for another minute.
  3. Return turkey to the pot, add chicken broth and tomatoes; bring to a boil then simmer for 10–15 minutes.
  4. Stir in pasta and cook until tender, approximately 10 minutes.
  5. Add spinach and cook until just wilted, about 1–2 minutes.
