Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Season both sides of the beef chops with lemon pepper and squeeze half a lemon on each side. Drizzle or spray olive oil to enhance flavor.
- Grill the beef chops for about 3 minutes until dark grill marks appear and they release easily from the grate. Rotate 90° and cook for another 2 minutes. Flip and repeat until cooked through.
- Check doneness with an instant-read thermometer; it should read 145°F.
- Allow the chops to rest covered in foil for 5 minutes before serving.
