- 5 large fresh peaches (peeled, pitted, and sliced)
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 can pre-made cinnamon roll dough
- ½ cup powdered sugar (for the glaze)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 2½ quart baking dish.
- In a medium saucepan, combine peaches, sugar, flour, and spices; cook on medium-low heat for about 5-6 minutes until slightly softened. Cool for 5 minutes.
- Pour the peach mixture into the baking dish evenly.
- Cut cinnamon roll dough into fourths and sprinkle over the peaches.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; remove foil and bake for another 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare glaze by whisking powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream until smooth; drizzle over cobbler before serving.
