Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, soy sauce, olive oil, oregano, garlic, and lemon juice. Mix well to coat the chicken.
- Cover and marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator (up to 24 hours for more flavor).
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Soak wooden skewers in water if using.
- Thread marinated chicken and bell peppers onto skewers, leaving space between pieces.
- Grill for about 7 minutes on each side until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
