Ingredients
- 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 cups traditional oats
- 5 ounces dark chocolate, chopped into pieces
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Flaky sea salt, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and honey until smooth.
- Gradually stir in traditional oats until well coated.
- Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil together in the microwave.
- In a greased baking dish, press half of the oat mixture into the bottom, pour melted chocolate on top, then layer with remaining oats.
- Bake for 20 minutes until set but soft in the center.
- Cool completely before cutting into squares and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
