- 1 English cucumber (sliced into rounds then quartered)

Instructions
- Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Slice the cucumber into rounds, then each round into quarters. Cut the red onion into thin strips and halve the grape tomatoes.
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, red apple vinegar, granulated sugar (or honey), dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the chopped vegetables along with the dressing. Toss everything together until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
