- 2 pounds sirloin steak (cut into 1–1/2 inch cubes)
- 2 pounds baby potatoes (halved)

- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
- Season the cubed steak with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper; let sit for 5-10 minutes.
- Sear the steak in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned on all sides; transfer to the crockpot.
- In the same skillet, sauté sliced onions and minced garlic until softened; add to the crockpot.
- Combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and dried thyme in a bowl; pour over the steak in the crockpot.
- Add halved baby potatoes on top of the meat mixture.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours until both steak and potatoes are fork-tender.
