- 4 cups chicken broth
- 3 boneless chicken breasts
- 28 oz pressed tomatoes
- 15 oz tomato sauce

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 and 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz raw rotini pasta
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Gather and chop garlic.
- In the crockpot, combine chicken broth, chicken breasts, pressed tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
- Remove chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot along with whipping cream, rotini pasta, and parmesan cheese.
- Cook on high for an additional 15 minutes or low for 30 minutes until the pasta is tender.
- For the crunchy topping, melt butter in a pan and toast breadcrumbs until golden brown before serving.
