Instructions
- In the crock pot, add frozen meatballs and drained pineapple chunks.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Grate ginger and mince garlic before adding them to the sauce mixture; stir well.
- Pour the sauce over the meatballs and gently toss to coat evenly.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours or LOW for 5-6 hours.
- Before serving, sprinkle with chopped chives.
